Watch the beauty of these hand-rolled balls opening as they infuse to reveal a luscious pink chrysanthemum and white blossom hidden inside.  Premium white tea is flavoured with jasmine for a wonderfully smooth flavour, then wrapped in silk mesh and dried to set the shape.  

Ingredients:

White tea, chrysanthemum, jasmine flavour.

Brewing:

Place 1 ball into 4-6 cup teapot.  Infuse for 4-5 minutes and watch them beautifully unfold.  Can be topped up with water for a second infusion. Best without milk.
