SHIPPING & COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically via a link to Australia Post.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

All items are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch of goods from our warehouse plus Australia Post transit time.  Express Post items will be dispatched within 2 full working days,  and delivered overnight to areas that are in the Express Post next day delivery network.

RETURNS

Products may be returned by mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please provide us with an explanation of the reason for the return either by sending us an email, fax or telephoning us.
