This is a medium strength blend of Chinese and Indian Assam teas whose name is inspired by camel caravans in the 19th century which carried tea from Eastern China back to Russia.
Ingredients:
Chinese black tea.
Brewing:
Place one level teaspoon per cup into a teapot or infuser. Bring water to the boil and pour. Infuse for 3 minutes. Milk is optional.
