Escape to the streets of Marrakech with this gorgeous blend of fresh semi-sweet spearmint in a gunpowder green tea base. Traditionally taken with sugar, this blend is also perfect on its own.
Ingredients:
Green tea, peppermint, spearmint.
Brewing:
Place one level teaspoon of tea per cup into a teapot or infuser. Boil water and allow to stand for 1-2 minutes (this prevents scolding of the leaves which can cause bitterness). Infuse for 3 minutes. Best without milk.
