From the Fujian province of China this blend has a famously smoky aroma and flavour which is created by the leaves being dried in bamboo baskets over pine fires.
Ingredients :
Chinese black tea.
Brewing :
Place one level teaspoon per cup into a teapot or infuser. Bring water to the boil and pour. Infuse for 3 minutes. Milk is optional.
