This Taiwanese Oolong (semi fermented tea) produces a golden brew. Smooth and slightly sweet it is perfect with meals, or anytime of day.
Ingredients:
Chinese semi-fermented tea.
Brewing:
Place one level teaspoon of tea per cup into a teapot or infuser. Boil water and allow to stand for 1-2 minutes (this prevents scolding of the leaves which can cause bitterness). Infuse for 3 minutes. Best without milk.
