For a different take on chai as you know it, this exciting blend of chocolate tea with chai spices is a special treat any time. Contains star anise which adds a slight liquorice tone.

Ingredients:

Black tea, ginger, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, chocolate flavour, star anise.

Brewing :

Place one level teaspoon per cup into a teapot or infuser. Bring water to the boil and pour.  Infuse for 3-5 minutes.  Milk and sugar or honey are optional additions.
